The Cathedral

In this world that full of sadness, problem and hopeless do you still find a reason to live and choose to chase your dreams? A one great afternoon ahead it just an ordinary day for me until I decided to go to church after my work in studio by the way I'm jack 24 years of age and still I want to be a good photographer someday like my Dad that seem a famous because of his works .the mass was ended I see the sunset it so beautiful it reminds me everything especially my mom because when my mom and my dad still alive we are always walked on the park and wait the sunset . I decided to set a while in the bench in cathedral and while I'm sitting the child get my attention "Kuya buy me a sampaguita so I can buy foods, he asked me to buy his sampaguita so I buy it and while I'm looking at him I question myself do I still lucky that even my parents past away they are able to send me at school wear me a clothes and have a proper home while this child live in the street, nothing to eat, no proper education, and alone in life I don't know why but I get my camera and captured him while sitting on the other side of the bench and also I try to talked to him and I discover that he is sick and need a medication ,he is the only one who live on the street her mom died and his father is in the jail. I bought all of his sampaguita just to talk to him because I felt interested to talk to this child. I don't know if it is because we have the same situation in our life or I just pity to him, I asked him to join to me to eat on the fast food chain and we eat together and he enjoy playing to the playground .I realize something in myself that I don't need to chase everything to happen you have to be contented and be thankful that God give you a life it's enough that you have life be thankful for a little thing. Because every time I look harry a 7year old, sick and a sampaguita vendor No family and no one will help him I much value the life, A child keep fighting and battle to this life and how much me that older than Harry. Before I feel useless and it's a god plan that I meet Harry, I want to be a parent to Harry I decided to go with the process and make documents with the help of DSWD I want to be the legal parent of Harry. I want to send him to school to have a proper education, to have a comfortable house, and the most important we are family now even thought were still getting on the process on DSWD, I see the happiness in the face of harry I feel inspired and I got a reason to work much better .We go to the amusement park and I see the enjoyment to his face .this is also the time that I am going to this place that not alone because every time that my boss reject my photos or work or feel useless on that part so I tried to relieve and forget all dull moment happen to my life so I go to amusement park where I find my happiness .I never imagine this moment to happen we go the jail and visit his father they look miss each other because it's been a long-time that they don't see each other the father cried and tell me to take care his son "yes Sir I promise that I take care harry and treat him as my own family after we go to jail were go to cathedral to attend the mass to pray thank god for everything While we are sitting I told harry everything about myself , that he give me a lighten in life that I'm just attending the mass afternoon that time until I meet you all the things happen before will flashback to me especially my parents harry they are the most treasure that I treasured in my life until they gone and I feel nothing after that I have no motivation and inspiration to do my work and feel useless every time I do something because no one will give emphasize or worth to the things that I will do ,and I don't want anyone especially a child like you feel what I felt before ,you deserve a happiness and enjoyment at your young age harry and harry smile at him . We are going to the church every afternoon or every Sunday because we meet here so we will always go here. Harry start to go to school and jack boss was impress to his work because of a big improvement that he see to jack Jack is more flexible and focus to what he do . He started to accept project like wedding photographer, birthday party like debut serve as extra income to them, also harry help jack in house chores they enjoyed playing basketball together, watching movies especially cartoons .Even harry is still young jack teacher him how to draw and use camera and harry enjoy it. We find our subject every time were going to a different place. I want you to be my favorite subject Kuya Jack, Harry said and jack feel happy for that. They are more comfortable to each other day by day also I promise that i will take care you Kuya when get older and you cannot able to captured that you can see I do it for you .This is the real meaning of happiness for me this time Im sure for what I want or for what I do
Knowing your worth. Make your life much better, choose to live because God always give you a reason to live if there is one hundred reason to give up choose only One reason l to live and keep riding in this roller coaster life
